It was extremely busy but I got fast service, hot B’fast Sandwich and coffee, friendly service! The donut was cold like it was taken out from refrigerator though! And styrofoam coffee cup for large coffee is not sturdy! Needs to be cardboard...but this is not this store specific! Overall, I would go there again!
Not many options, no munchkins, only 3 different donuts, no plain bagel. I went on a Sunday afternoon so not breakfast time but still pretty bad. under construction also which makes it look pretty beat up
This location is always very slow with service and the car line wraps around the building every morning. It is faster for me to drive to the Havre De location. The hired staff are usually really nice but only stay for about a month then new employees must be trained from the start. Check your receipt because I have been up charged a lot.
Slowest service I've ever experienced! Don't go unless you have twenty to thirty minutes to burn! I will never go there again! After waiting for ten minutes to get my order, it was wrong!!!!
Lid wouldn't stay on went inside to ask them for new cup and was given dirty looks from the manager the entire time. When asked if they had a certain type of donut she rudly points to the shelves behind her and said this is what we have you just want a glazed one? Very bad customer service. First visit and last!!
