Sometimes they can be the most professional & polite when I call there to schedule. There is a girl named JERAL who is VERY RUDE, extremely unprofessional, and at times speaks to you as if you're a complete idiot. Overall, if it weren't for a lady named Darlene, who works at the front desk, I may not choose to go there at all. Darlene is an absolute pleasure to deal with, knows her job well and takes great concern and care for having your procedures scheduled.

I hurt my hand, went to doc in the box who sent me here for an xray - was told it would take 24-48 hours for results... WHAT if it is broken? Results for something like a broken bone should NOT EVER take THAT long!
I ended up having Darlene offer info for me to go to their Elkton location since she could not get both of my ordered tests scheduled close together since they were pretty booked.......BUT, SHE DID TRY! I AM CHANGING MY RATING FROM ONE STAR TO 4 AFTER RETHINKING THINGS AND I AM ONLY CREDITING DARLENE FOR THAT......THE LOSS OF THE 5th STAR IS DUE TO THE GIRL NAMED JERAL, WHO NEEDS TO GET AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT OR A JOB ELSEWHERE!!
Absolutely do NOT schedule your 20 week pregnancy ultrasound at this location. The staff was absolutely horrible. Our ultrasound tech did not say a word during the entire hour. Literally, I laid there staring at the ceiling tiles while she took the images. My husband was there and she didn't even point anything out to him. This is my second child and with my first the ultrasound person (at a different place) was friendly and explained things. This woman was rude and silent. It was the WORST experience ever. DO NOT GO THERE.
Absolutely the most rude staff of any medical office I have been in. First lady at the front desk scolded me for not giving her my complete. imformation on the phone. I was told twice to take a seat..in actuality, I was standing there to ask a question. The girl that did my MRI was short with me.She was impatient. When it came to the MRI..she ask me to lift my legs and when I was trying she ask me again impatiently I told her that I had a lower back problem. No smiles..nothing.I feel sorry for people that have serious problems that have to put up with that crew.
I spoke with Jeryl both on the phone to make my appointment and in the office to get registered. On both occasions she was very friendly and very helpful. I didn't catch the name of the lady that did my test for me but she was very quick and efficient.
